In 2023, Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield initiated a transformation program aimed at simultaneously placing data at the heart of the company's operational processes and developing, in parallel, a Data As A Business model. As part of this transformation, Giancarlo Miluccio, URW's Chief Data Officer, has surrounded himself with all the necessary expertise, both internally and by building up an ecosystem of partners in which Publicis Groupe, and Epsilon France in particular, play a central role. Giancarlo will take this opportunity to outline some of the keys to the success of this ecosystem.
